open dmat a/c. and you need bank account too.

go to share registrar and get share certificate of pending shares and cheque of older dividend. For new ones, you need to demat your shares to get bonus and cash.


Ask share registrar about pending dividends for last 7 year. You may have to pay dividend tax for many bonus shares.

I am coming back to Nepal after around 6 years. I have many paper shares and I haven't collected any bonuses or cash dividends in the last 6 years. I would be so thankful for clear instructions on what is the best way for me to go ahead. Also, I want to sell most of the shares asap. I will appreciate your support and guidance.
