This Notice Does Not Have Any Legal Background
The Statement Mentioned In Arthik Vidhayak 2080 over rules all such Notice

Hence Still we are in the slab rates Tax Systems

To Natural Person its 39% Tax.

And To Non Natural Personal its 30% Tax.

For Natural Person 5%-7.5% should be the Final Tax.

TAX CALCULATION IN FY
(Employments salary &/or Proprietorship FIRM PROFIT &/or Land PROFIT Incomes &/or Stock Profit Incomes)=100 Lakhs-
Than,
For First 5 Lakhs - 1% - Pay 5000
Next 3 Lakhs - 10% - Pay 30000
Next 3 Lakhs - 20% - Pay 60000
Next 9 Lakhs - 30% - Pay 270000
Next 30 Lakhs - 36% - Pay 1080000
Greater Than 50 Lakhs - 39% - Pay 1950000

This Means Total Tax To Be Paid = Rs 33,95,000


BENEFITS GIVEN - Actually there is no benefit - there is burden only
TDS shall be deducted as per current rules + Can set off and carry forward - ANY proprietorship firm losses and land transaction losses and stock transactions losses
Also related expenses can be deducted in firm and land and stock transactions

TAX RETURNS
As a preliminary practice, INDIVIDUALS whose such incomes exceeding 40 lakhs has been compelled to file D04 Returns from 77/78
Also NEPSE started updating tax details from late 2077/78
Now IRD will prescribe conditions and limits and return filing shall be made compulsory which will add hassle and stress

THE BEGINNING - NEGATIVE EYE
In previous bull, almost all experienced individual traders earned multiple crores
IRD got jealous
IRD thought that companies pay tax greater than Capital Gain Tax but individuals are bypassed
So they brought this in budget and now even natural human beings (individual traders) who makes profit and does real estate and stock transactions - also treated like companies and also taxed heavily

IMPLEMENTATIONS
Previously stock trading companies / Investment companies followed this
NOW IRD will issue notice that any natural resident person whose transaction exceeds a certain limit will ALSO come under the purview of these RULES

TERRIBLE FOR INDIVIDUALS IN STOCK MARKET
Tax Payment Is VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY LARGE FOR INDIVIDUALS
TOTAL DEVASTATION FOR STOCK MARKET FROM INDIVIDUALS SIDE
THIS FM ALSO STABBED THE INDIVIDUAL TRADERS AND THE MARKET - VERY HARSH

1. The Interest Rates on OVERDRAFT / MARGIN LOANS have not decreased
2. Probably banks are playing this game / they are reducing loans interest rates on other loans (productive sector or nearby peoples)

1. Share Loan has been opened by banks including government banks
2. However banks themselves has put cap on loan amount i.e. RBB gives share loan only upto 5 cr
3. Banks are going below NRB caps of 12 cr
4. Only in influential cases more loan on shares is given by some banks to limit of 12 cr
