1. 12 crore limit to be relaxed/cancelled soon
2. NRN will be able to open dollar account soon with flexibility in withdrawls and interest at nepalese market rates/ around 50 arab to 1 kharab deposit to be added
3. Interest Rate to further dwindle
4. Insurance (Non Life) seems promising
5. Stay away from HATHY now

the major deceleration in economy is caused by following,
1. Collapse of Sahakari
2. Collapse of Laghubitta
3. Material escalation of project cost so that promoters can pocket in large money, PRIMARILY TO OFFSET LOSSES IN OTHER SECTOR AND TO PROFIT. this has made such project financing loan unviable and also hit the bank's balancesheet hard
4. Large youths goings abroad and their purchasing are foreign based
5. Rampant corruption which takes place in cash
6. Meltdown in Real Estate (which was necessary) & Stock Market (which is not that necessary)
7. Burden of federalism which has enormous current cost

However the remittance which has been panacea to nepalese economy, continues to be
thanks to middle east nepalese, big salute
Assets prices will move up gradually now as liquidity will ease out more
STOCK MARKET MUST BE REVIVED

NIC ASIA reduces Interest Rates
Other Banks will also Reduce Interest Rates
Government Banks are also reducing Interest Rates, they will publish tomorrow

This is very good news for us all and for the existing sluggish economy as well
This is also very good for the market
All market now wants is liberal policies, specifically those Risk Weighted Asset Issue

Also Currently 1000 MW of electricity is being produced by projects which are financed by banks
These projects now pays / throws installments to bank, this is a SIGNIFICANT THING
Banks now can further finance up-to 3000MW Fresh without additional significant stress on liquidity
Also 1% reduction in consortium rates, decreases financial cost $ increases income of hydros by 3%

However, Governer IS too much trying to squeeze the financial market

After Bust, Boom is inevitable under normal circumstances
So we are at lowest zones of Nepse

Selection should always be
SHARES HAVING LOW SUPPLY
LOW RSI
AVERAGE PE would be fine
Companies having regulator wud be nice

Once boom begins , share will low supply will hit circuits

Interest Rates needs to go down more, and interest on loans will go down from Shrawan
AND
Monetary Policy will be expansionary in nature, and will be softened towards stock market
