If I had waited an hour or two, I would have saved around 15000.
15000- 10 family visit to good restaurant or 3 good shoes or cheap good latest mobile or half a dozen pants or 20 Tshirt or 200 plate MOMO .........
Dev banks and Finance increased today. Dev banks need to increase 10-15 PE ratio to match other Banks and Finance. Could we get to see lone runner? , Can we get to see bull in BFIs?
Just one or two group of players are enough to bring bull in Dev bank. Total market capitalization of Dev bank is 3% of total NEPSE Capitalization.

Let's rank and compare EPS and PE ratio among BFIs.
------------EPS............PE ratio------Price 1: NICA----35.64..........24.61--------877 2: NABIL---29.91..........37.31--------1116 3: PRVU----26.77..........16.18--------433 4: MNBBL---25.59.......15.12--------387 5: PCBL-----22.55..........19.96--------450 8: NMB-----19.77...........21.65--------428 9: NIB------19.71...........22.68--------447 7: NBB------20.90..........13.97---------292 6: EBL-------21.63..........35.78---------774 10: SCB-----16.98..........36.87---------626
Looks like for the first time, MNBBL beat EBL and SCB in EPS.
PRVU and NBB may have some right back that is why their PE ratio is lower.
And still players not going after MNBBL and there are idiots selling MNBBL. sati ko sarap
Even as per above analysis, MNBBL should be 640Rs. and far more if we consider its growth.
Looks like SCB will be second last in a few year in EPS, last if CBL is acquired.

How to start SUPER BULL in MNBBL?
There are about 236 lakh shares for trading. At current rate it is worth 9 Billion, which is not a big amount for combined 3/4 big investors' group. But, all those shares wont be sold by current share holders.
At 700Rs, may be 10% will sell. So to increase the price to 700, We need 25% of 1.6 billion which is 40 crore.
At 1100Rs, may be another 20% will sell, we need 40% of 5 billion which is 2billion.
So with 2.4 billion investment MNBBL price can be fixed at Rs.1100. And at 1100, investment of 2.4 billion will be 7 Billion.
And by max 9 month, you can easily sell those shares at Rs.1200 to Rs.2000.
Let's compare,
NRIC: EPS-12.37 , Price-1617Rs.
SICL: EPS-35.59 , Price-2499Rs.
SIC: EPS- 22.23, Price- 1500Rs.
IGI: EPS- 27.78, Price- 1071Rs.
SHIVM: EPS- 26.38, Price- 1612Rs.
BBC: EPS-110.66 , Price- 2880Rs.
NABIL: EPS-29.91 , Price- 1120Rs.
CORBL: EPS-6.24 , Price- 553Rs.
MDB: EPS-17.51 , Price- 349Rs.
While, the BOSS, MNBBL: EPS-25.59, Price-387Rs.

All of a sudden, MNBBL looking like THE BOSS.
Despite, corona's effect still being there in bfis sector, MNBBL's growth was 30% (without right back),
MNBBL made 60 croroe, where as There are lot of banks whose profit is 20-80 corore.
In present market, comparing to other bfis' rate, MNBBL's rate should be 750.
Some correction: Approx. Deposit growth during last 6 month. NICA 66C PRVU 33C MNBBL 20C CBL 17C
MNBBL no.1

@RisingSun (BOKL almost increased 50%) In one month period, BOKL increased from 240 to 320 which is near to 30%.
MNBBL and BOKL are almost similar script in terms of beta value. So better is to exit from both of these scripts at right time.

MNBBL though listed under DEVELOPMENT BANK sector, there significant business fall under micro-lending zone. Previously there were less player in Microfinance sector to grab the business. So MNBBL had added advantage at that time. Now with increase in number of microfinance companies , they must be facing tough competition, thats why performance is not outstanding in comparison to past. On Aug/Sep 2016 smart money exited from this script , thats why momentum is less even in bull market. Since 30% of your total investment is in MNBBL, alpha of your portfolio in last 6 months may not have matched the risk-free rate of return from the market . If it is so, time to consider portfolio churning.

Where do wise/smart investors invest in.......... growth.
If MNBBL were a bank, its business (deposit) growth would have been second after NICA with almost 20 arab in first six month. (Less than 50% capital and better than rest of the banks, better than NICA if we go with ratio).
What more do we want?????? There is this reason, I poured 30% of my total investment in MNBBL (which is unprofessional).
I think, corona effect is still there in MNBBL. When all things are settled, they will announce bumper BS.

MNBBL growth is sucked up by its capital expansion. So to keep up the pace of growth (both vertical and horizontal), it must acquire or get acquired by other BFIs. Otherwise it will remain DULL in market. There is enough space for BOK to go upside. « Last edit by Dubosi7 on Thu Jan 21, 2021 2:25 pm. »

Investors have been accumulating MNBBL for more than 6 month now.
I have suspected, MNBBL's EPS will be around 40 by forth qtr. How close it is getting in Second qtr??????
Will there be surprise in coming report??? or we have to wait longer. I have been waiting for last 5 year.
Will MNBBL beat SCB in business this qtr? Around 3 year ago, I told people, in 5 or 7 year, MNBBL will beat SCB in price and they laughed. It it going to be this year???? Who knows.
I need min 1000 for MNBBL to sleep sound. Which is definitely happen this year.
