None of the Stocks around the world trades @ Intrinsic Value except in certain cases. Stock Prices are all about the Premium addition to its intrinsic Value.

Well Gylsu Technical Analysts never looks at its fundamental Value of the company just analysis the trends of buyer and Seller Only.

Some Stocks Might be fundamentally Strong but Technically weak and some might be Fundamentally Weak but Technically Strong.

As in the Past Insurance stocks were not that Fundamentally strong based on its Market Prices it was trading but were technically strong so their Prices sky rocketed at point of time !!!

Please tell, Technical analysis- only fundamental analysis changes direction of "future market".

market hypothesis needs to know, thanks to inflation, profit always rises, all company has to do is survive.

Thanks Neowave ji.

So this means, wealth/investment has grown only 260% during all those years. Looks like bonus/right has blinded investor.

In other word, our saving/income which we invested grew just 260% in decades.

No wonder, Nepal has to beg to foreigners for investment.

Thanks to bidwan economist who got certificate from so called fake news.

Market index is 1200, sensitive index is 260.

Market index is fake. Real growth is seen in sensitive index.

Now I am confused.

Sensitive Index = (Market Capitalization of group "A" companies) multiplied by (100) divided by (Market Capitalization of those companies at Base Period)

Currently, there are 110 group "A" companies for FY 2074/75: http://www.nepalstock.com/uploads/files/pages/1519716766Group_A_Companies_53.pdf

2018.03.30 Thursday
Total Turnover = 39 crore (100%)
Trader = 0%
Short Invest = 50%
Med Invest = 30%
Long (ADD) Invest = 20%

Long/Med term investment should more over than short investment. now 50/50.

so, market consolidating now,... if T2 day consolidate, Long term (ADDing) Investor wins to short cheater invest. and market goes up and bull starts. Time to start bear only in correction.

let's see, what's happening.

Looks right.

60arab controlled by short term investor.

And when Big daddy dumps 20B worth of shares (mid/long term) in the market in 3/4 month, NEPSE crashes.

Any body knows, what is Sensitive index?

NEPSE is the only one stock exchange in Nepal. so, every shares exchange under NEPSE.

entire in Nepal on 2018.03.29

D'MATE Holder - around 13 lakh (100%), physical (0%), D'mate share (100%).

Only IPO/FPO - 20% (no knowledge, even how to sell)
non active - 2%
Longterm Investor - 30% (Groupism, buy and ignore for the long) rahar
Mid term Investor - 40% (chance) each other and to new entrance investor
Short Investor - 8% (short chance) very clever.

Market ups and down
Market interferes short investor(8%),
Market sensitives Mid investor (40%).

My conclusion is 48% shareholder good knowledge as per D'mate.

Another views:-

Total Capitalization - around 15 kharba
Promoter share - 60% (overall) around
General Public share - 40%=6 kharba

so, let's divide Public portion 40% (100%)=6 kharba
IPO/FPO - 8% (20%)
Non active - 0%
Long Investor - 12% (30%)
Mid Investor - 16% (40%)
Short investor - 4% (10%)

Market ups and down
Market interferes by short investor 4% of 15 kharba or 10% of 6 kharba= 60 arba
Market sensitives by Mid investor 16% of 15 kharba or 40% of 6 kharba= 2.4 kharba

Market interferes by short/mid investor 0.6+2.4=3 kharba (100%)
Institutional Investor (Mutual fund) - 5%
Institutional Investor (Sahakari) - ........... %
Institutional Investor (Capital bank) - ..........%
Institutional Investor (BFIs) - .............. %
other are big daddies worth - ............. %
any other?
plz, make me correct.

Please suggest me by your personal experience guess % for my missing place.

note: this is my rough paper. my knowledge of experience for Nepse is not been long. so, everybody can correct me.
