Technically NIC was in a side wave movement with small uptick.

Now based on change in Fundamental Parameters Its a Clear Sell Call for Target of 265/-

Avoid buying or averaging in NIC or Exit NIC and opt for other banks As :-

1. The bank has huge Non Performing Marketing expenditure compared to Peers.
2. Increased its burden by offering higher Interest Rate.
3. Ex. CEO Miscalculation on Revenue forecast will takes out it Profit Margin, Revenue and Margins will definitely Nose dived in coming Quarters.
4. Treasury income not at all satisfactory.
5. some of the Loan Portfolio has a tendency to under perform.
6. Now New CEO who will take charge in in near term depends how he is planning to change the Previous Business Module.

Happy Investing !!!!

If Finance Minister Yurab K cant solve this issue, Expect interest rate of 25% within weeks.

I have zero expectation from NRB.

Now question rises, does this development will lead to emergency meeting called by Finance minister or NRB governor?

Nepal needs highly qualified individuals in finance minister and NRB with latest qualification.

legally, NIC has right to fix their won rate.

And others too have right to not to do business with NIC. NIC is so dead.

Why dont NIC sell their loan to other bank if they have liquidity problem, they have more than 100B in business?

Welcome move.

Its time to punish black marketer.

Hope they bring down FD to 9% and SA to 7%.

NRB is suppose to fix the rate.

What do you think? Is this a responsible move from the Bankers' Association?
