About a year ago, there was this advice spreading "buy in red, sell in green".

Since last many months, those who took the advice seriously, took only half of the advice, sell in green.

They sell as soon as there is green and ignore when its read.

That advice is really bad.

My advice always has been " Buy when undervalued, Sell when overvalued And consider future too".

If we follow red, green- market will never improve.

- be careful judges,
if those documents turned out to be fake produced by govt agency themselves and those judges gave verdict in support parajuli, these two judge could face the music too. (oli is angry. if he does what he been saying)

- some us know, how NC/sherbahadur forcefully appointed parajuli as CJ forcefully, instead of P, if NC had appointed B, same would have been the result.

- so instead of attacking NC for judiciary dictatorship, rapism why are people more focused on CJ.

Its like liquidity crisis, more than 300 billion is outside the system, with govt/nrb, and many idiots are attacking 2/3 billion- excess lending, remittance decline etc.

Jury system.

Nepal needs to introduce Jury system, similar to that of US, to judge decisions made my judges. If judgement is found to be criminally intended or if judge is fund to be a criminal or fraud, judges should be sent to jail for a long time.

10/15 juries with at least 10 year experience in law. Who should be selected by both side from pool of 20/25 candidates.

25% of people's representative from parliament or court or PM should have right to call judgement by juries.

-some where i read, constitution says- govt process wont be complete without completing upper house.
where does that law says, you cant elect New pm by lower house.

Its like, you cant move into your new house till you fence your home.

The law said, complete the upper house, to prevent new govt from not completing the upper house. nothing to do with PM election.

नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकका अनुसार चालु आर्थिक बर्षको पहिलो चार महिना अर्थात कात्तिकसम्ममा सरकारी ढुकुटीमा ३ खर्ब ८ अर्ब ७४ करोड नगद मौज्दात रहेको छ । सरकारी खर्च अपेक्षित नहुदा सरकारी ढुकुटीमा दिनौ रकम थुप्रने क्रम बढ्दो छ । तर यता वित्तीय प्रणालीमा रकम अभाव भएको भन्दै बैंकहरु नयाँ कर्जा रोक्ने अवस्थामा पुगेका छन् ।


- Most of the Nepalese get angry when somebody accidentally step on to their shoe. But I dont.

PS- SOLVING LIQUDITY IS A CHILD'S PLAY. ALL THEY HAVE TO DO IS BRING DOWN CD RATIO TO 12 AND PUT GOVT'S REVENUE IN SAVING ACCOUNT IN AT LEAST 15-20 BANKS AND DEV BANKS.
KEEPING IN SAVING ACCOUNT WONT HARM. ALL IT DOES IS, WHEN GOVT GIVE CHEQUE TO SOMEONE, MONEY FROM ONE BANK WILL GO TO ANOTHER. SO DEPOSITING IN 15-20 BFIS WILL REDUCE LIQUIDITY CRISIS IN INDIVIDUAL BFIS WHEN GOVT'S CHEQUE IS CASHED.

if we assume 70% borne by re-insurance company then ~60 lakh should be borne by sagarmatha. Not big effect i think.

Apparently, Sagarmatha Insurance is the one that insured the gas bottling plant in Birgunj. Claims over Rs 2 crore.

What will be the source of profit for such reservoir???

NEC pay hydro developer far more money during dry season for less electricity. That extra payment can be converted as profit for such reservoir. Need to sign new contract.
Hydros would sign new contract if they fell like they would get 5/10% extra revenue by signing new contract.
