* China has a lot of $ holding, and using BRI to dump it with strategy and agenda.

* Since, China is still a development country, and unlike US, $ in China did not come from printing, they earned it. So they cant just give it away.

In China, many people are angry for their govt investing heavily outside China while 100s of millions of Chinese are still poor. So they cant just give it away or lend it at cheap interest.

Cause of poverty and unemployment in China, in Chines grant or loan project, most of the workers also come from China. World has to accept it since china is still underdeveloped and many are still poor. And still, China is giving world a lot.

Many countries fate changed with the entry of China- from africa to south east asia. Russia, Iran, Venezuela's faith changed too who are facing sanction. By the end of this decade, Pakistan and Srilanka's fate will change too, while, cause of Nepali politician, bureaucrat, media, terrorist civil society... this decade will be the lost decade.. because we could not make a deal with China who is going around countries changing their faith with heavy investment.

China needs to dump $ , soon, and Nepal is loosing the opportunity.


* China is still a developing country, who needs to dump $. That is why, they either lend it or invest it. Its up to the country receiving China's money. Either pay back it with interest or let China have to project for certain period.

Nepal China railway is the most. Its is for national security, we have to build it one way or another. But Kathmandu Pokhara is not national security project. We need it, but economically it is not feasible for now, but will be in future. So, If China say, let use build it and keep it for 50 year. I dont have a problem. I wont say, it is a debt trap if China wants to keep it. But, since, it is not feasible at present, we should not take loan for it.



* US has lot of influence. They have been building it for last 100 year. China too using BRI to counter US influence.

* US is pushing for war. If there is WW3, it will be mostly in the Ocean. So that day, to maintain trade, China is building shipping, train and road lain.










MCC:

* It is just to check China and Russia and Others. Neither help nor investment or influence.

* US has a lot of instrument to lend and help from USAID to NED to IMF/World bank, volunteer corp.
Why MCC.
NED is purely violent terrorist instrument, it gets things done through local. USAID is intelligence instrument, buying small group of people. IMF/World bank are financial control instruments, volunteer corp probably training to future CIA guy.

Now, they need instrument something like East India Company. USAID, NED dont/cant transfer big cash or mobilize mass. IMF/World bank... gives loan and grant to govt. They dont have big man power.
