Does any body know, what happens to our share remain in fraction during conversion into demat form?

can i open two demat accounts in two different FIs

One advantage of opening demat a/c in fin. institution is that we get updated services such as online facility which to my knowledge do not provided (till date) by broker co.

Beside this, I also want to know more about opening demat a/c in fin. inst. vs broker.

So, plz forum frens share your valuable views.

yes i think you can. There is advantages and disadvantages in opening demat account in bank or broker.

if i open demat account in xx financial institution, but i don't like their service, so can i transfer all my shares to yy financial institution?
