Its funny to see that market is showing opposite direction to constitution, Great NRB capital increment plan.
it shows that this is just a temporary game ,, infamously nicely played by shark investors group and are powerful but not enough to play for long now a days . New investor will slowly understand ,there is nothing we can do a lot because they listen rumors and dont do proper homework and just do what other say blindly.
Anyways ,i m quite interested to see how long the shark investor can able to pull the market down,
At the same time its very good opportunity to buy good stock at sale price .
i think from sunday or tuesday onward ,, bulls gonna charge to 1300 Nepse or more ,
ANd NRB probably release all the proposal summited to them by BFI's coz its not fair to give big advantage to powerful people only who knows inside information.

You are very right Sahas Ji. Those who sell wont have guts to buy back share for up to 2 year. And their value of their cash will keep on depreciating every day.

I have a great reason why market wont crash, I am tired now so should explain in detail, may be tomorrow.

In short, lets talk about investors' most favorite company EBL. Which is one of the companies whose price increased by a lot.

EBL: price about 3300.

Will give great bonus for next three year.

This year: 40-60B
Next year:40-50B

Suppose, this year if they give bonus 50, their adjusted price will be around 2200.

Who believes, The price of company like EBL which will be giving at least 40B next year, will remain 2200. I dont think so.

So If there is crash of even 50 point, price of EBL will be close to 3000 and there will be a lot of buyer. Even I will buy.

So since if price remain at 3300, after adjustment it will come to 2200 and will increase price after book close. So dont think market will crash and even if it crash, it wont be for long.

So thinking about crash is simply stupid.

and just remember, EBL is one of the over priced share compared to most of other bfis, so price of other bfis should increase then after their price is adjusted then price of EBL should increase more with all other BFIs .

So who is trying to dump today is PLAIN STUPID.

PS- Since there is new constitution, soon foreign investors and domestic investors will start announcing their investment plan. And first industry benefiting will be BFIS.

There is not any fundamental and technical reason to decrease except profit booking by foolish investors.

Today, in first hour there were too many sellers that is why Buyers stayed away.

And later buyers started to buy. Looking at first hour transaction amount, it's amazing to see 60 crore transaction.

I am proud of buyers today- they are sensible and intelligent and brave.

When they saw too many sellers, they did not purchase.

We should not purchase when there is dumping of shares. We should not give extra money to dumpers, they are not friend of share market.

I think soon nepse will reach new heights as soon as big bfi begins to declare good BONUS.

I think, those who sold today at lower than yesterday's price are unlucky person.

VAT is lavied on broker commission, not in the transaction amount please note that.
For below 50000 transaction you are charged 1% brokerage commision and above that you are charged 0.9% brokerge commission. With this VAT implementation you will be charged as below

For prevailing 1% brokerage commission provision.
1 % + 13% of 1% = 1.13% brokerage commission including VAT

For prevailing 0.9% brokerage commission provision
0.9% + 13% of 0.9% = 1.017%

So don't get mislead by the news. VAT will be lavied on Brokerage commission but not on the Transaction amount or the capital gain.
