Invest for long term as much as possible, now.

If you buy now, you are highly likely to be in good profit from the beginning (within a month).

Happy Investing :)

Bimalnan ji has been inactive for quite a while now. I fear that something has happened to him or his house. So lets hope that he is alright.

- 16pt agreement, no effect on NEPSE,
- NRB circulation, no effect
- Insurance capital increment news, no effect.
- 400 billion reconstruction loan/donation, no effect.
- Income season, no effect.

Looks like there are only two things that effect NEPSE, halla and evil spirit.

Disappointing day as usual.

Why is not there circuit brake today?

- loan, donation from donors could be around 400 billion.

- budget could be around 800 billion.

- internal loan could be around 100 billion per year for next to year.

- After constitution, a lot of investment.

- NRB's new ruling, which would help investors in guessing 4th quarter earning, which will be close to, or, even better than 3rt quarter.

- As per NRB, problematic loan 2%, which is around 30 billion and whose interest is 3.5 billion and whose quarter's interest is well under 1 billion,,, which wont effect much in the balance sheet.

- Majority of company will be giving bonus.

And still, no circuit break yet. Hum, something wrong with the general investors... So do we have to wait for evil spirit to invest and increase NEPSE????

Just like you are, Shree5 ji, my hope is from private sector and FDI and NRNs.

If politicians would have been not idiot, in a country, whose budget is about to be around 800 billion, and gdp, as per govt, 2500 billion. GDP growth should have been well over 10%. but our incompetent politicians dont even have confidence. Their target is 6%.

If there is constitution, just like you want, I think, there will be investment pouring into realestate, housing, hospital, medical colleges, etc etc. and add hydro (probably 70% of total), tourism, mining like cement etc.

Nepal doesn't need to beg. Make Nepal more attractive for foreigners to invest. From tax breaks to loosening of provision of employment. Make everything attractive. Open up new areas for FDI, eg. realestate, housing, hospital, medical colleges, etc etc. That's it.

Rising Sun ji, my only concern is we, Nepali people, are being ruled over by idiots. That's it. Otherwise everything optimistic you have said it's the same thing I would have thought of also. I like what you write. But still you are too optimistic about everything. So only time will tell what will happen in Nepal. After a disaster like this if the government starts spending on rebuilding infrastructure then that will create a flurry of economic activity which will have good impact on the economy. Similar in situations like this the government should start clearing the way and start giving clearance to all hold up infra projects both foreign and domestic so that even more jobs are created. So let's hope sense will prevail for that idiots. Nepali people have suffered enough already.

Youcanrunbut ji. then I say its impossible.

Or may be, like always, they may keep on extending the dead line if it is passed.

I dont mind two year dead line, good for shares price... but impossible. Even general share holder like me will have a hard time paying for the right share. Even business wise, EPS, it wont work.

Time has the answer to many questions, exactly, Shree5 ji.

Do you have any guess about how much insurance could earn in the fifth year, max? NLG?

The risingsun ji,
I have gone through pdf file of proposed amendments and it's clearly written that time frame for meeting 4b and 5b cap is two years from the day the proposed amendments are ratified.

Finally some demand in banking sector.

Insurance doing fine, but below expected.

Hope to see 5 points increment every day instead of 2.

My view is you have to be optimistic, calculate risk and take risk.

I am confident, if there is constitution, with in three year there will be 10 billion $ worth of investment and commitment of FDI which is like 40% of GDP. Domestic investment, i guess will be around 25o billion in 3 year both commitment and investment.

Govt. investment, expenditure will grow in huge percentage due the the rebuilding as well as due to the growth in revenue.

So there will be growth. But there should be constitution. When there is investment, growth, businesses will grow too including insurance as well as banking.

And insurance has to increase their capital, one way or another. In case, they are unable to keep up with good EPS, they will be force into merger or acquisition which will help in maintaining good EPS.

Everything is too optimistic from insurance business growth to government spending, from FDI to domestic investment. The way you write, you seem to be well informed guy, but how can you be so naive and gullible.

Which part Shree5 ji?

I am expecting EPS to fall around 30% after 4 billion capital. I believe there will be merger of low cap insurance so which will help in maintaining good EPS along with increase in business.

Thirdeye ji, may be he does not like surprises.

May of us have been guessing about the raise of capital, but amount is more than our guess.

I think, looking at the trading before the news, there was insiderinfo leaked to too many. If he had kept to himself, it would have been leaked and Price would have risen well before general public were able to purchase.

So, news is not that surprising.

Insurance market need that policy. And soon there will be only around 7 general insurance company after merger of low caps. Will be good for the business too.
