a month ago, some media said, big player took out their money from share market and put into land. If they turned out to have bought land which is more risky in earthquake they are going to loose a lot.

but huge majority of shares will recover. Bloomberg's ji.

and price of houses constructed before the quake will be down too.

- many are waiting to steal way undervalued shares.

- my guess is market wont fall below 825.

- many general insurance may fall more than 50%.

- today, already, many were fooled into selling their shares.

It is simple, evil spirits will bring down the price far far more than the price is suppose to be using 10/20 shares. So before any body is able to sell there share, the price will already be far under valued.

Those who sell their sell in this situation will be in huge loss and will regret.

Which shares to buy first?
Most of the companies, especially local bfis which have nothing to do with this earth quake, will be brought down 7/10%, buy those shares.

This is the best opportunity for the new comers.

-most of the buyers are those who want to destroy the market, they themselves could be the sellers too.

-most of those traded are the companies that are least affected (and have big impact on NEPSE), suppose to fall 2/3% but instead fell 10%. which could mean, tomorrow or the next day, they may help to bring up the market.

16, 22, 23, 26 brokers are agents of criminals of stock market.

I follow science Dilbert ji. But also listen to good jyotish- not every thing.

Jyotish had been saying, nepal was going through a very very very bad time- but they did not know exact detail. but on the other hand science had been telling us about great earthquake for a few years, and in their case the did not know about the time- could be tomorrow or 20 year. We were suppose to have the great earthquake in every 100 year. This time it was in 81 year.

So you be the judge, should we listen to only science and ignore jyotish (good jyotish)?

And look at what had happened in last few years- many many road accidents, plane crash, political crime, negative people in the share market (when market was suppose to increase). Science could not predict all these, but jyotish had been saying that.

And I hear, jyotihs said, things will improve after jesth 6. I hope bad spirit in politics, share market (negative individuals, criminals, evil dalals, organized criminals etc), rule of law, anti development, foreign agents will be defeated after jest 6.

I am just an open minded person, who listens to every body buy makes my own decision.

I am a science guy, who also believes in art of life and listens to jyotish too.

Ps- jyotish say, try to build house in square ares, square house. and so does science.

Things to remember:

- There are three things to remember during trading- those companies which can give dividend like always (or not too little than last year), those which wont be giving dividend for a year or two, and those which could go bankrupt.

- Those which could go bankrupt, you can sell at any price if there is buyer- those could be general insurance, local bfi.

- Those which can give dividend of this year- price no need to decrease, so you can hold.

- Those which wont be giving dividend for a year or two- this one is tricky, they are mainly general insurance. Tricky is those companies could increase profit by a big margin in a few year and even better they need to increase capital.

Jotishs had been saying nepal was going through a very very bad situation, all the bad planets were in bad position. Till last year there were many accidents, political problems, problem in Share market- which I will get back below, political criminals were above the law and many many bad things happened and then ka boom the great earthquake.

Just like, in other sector of nepal, bad spirit- bad individual, destruction ruled nepal, in SHARE MARKET to bad individuals, vultures ruled when NEPSE was suppose to increase. When NEPSE was undervalued. Those evil spirit gave all kind of nonsense reason to bring down the NEPSE.

According to ASTROLOGY, those criminals, negative individuals, criminal group- so called expert, bad investors, bad brokers, were evil spirit, bad luck, sanischare and what not.

Now astrologists have said, thinks will improve from jesth 6th.

And I hope they are right, just like they were right.

So stay away from those negative spirit, they are bad luck.

Market will open from tomorrow. Let's not over react. Earthquake will impact some companies, sector more and some less. Some may even go bust.
The worst affected will be general insurance and local micro finance.

So when you try to sell your sell, make sure sell at reasonable price, do not sell at lower than require price. You dont need to dump those shares that will be impacted less by the earth quake.

So be careful of the VULTURES.
