The rest is 50 lakh kitta but the BS of 50 lakh kitta is around 7 lakh kitta (15% BS) with total 57 lakh kitta. So, the the BS that you are asking for is also going to be auctioned. You will not get the dividend and BS of the shares that are going to auctioned this time. Actually the price is 530-25=505/1.15=439. So, 400 cutoff is not that low. Isn't it?
