Ramesh ji....that ordinary shares of NIBL which r going to be are in the auction frm 400....we cant get in 400 as IPO ....it is the price coating who coats maximum price will get its share ...as in GLOBAL IME BANK auction share ...see in past...in secondary market price

You do not need to have promoter share in advance to buy the new promoter shares. You can bid and buy as much as you can as this is "Auction share"

This is the reason why Rastriya Banijya Bank is trying to auction their unsold promoter share( by the end of this month) before NIBL is selling their shares( most probably next month)
I doubt this time also RBB will not be able to sell even half of their remaining shares.
There is a huge confusion whether to go for promoter share or ordinary share which are about to come in almost same price around Rs 400. Only the difference is promoter is coming ahead of ordinary.

47 lakh kitta ordinary share will came in ipo in around Rs 400 per share. why shuld we pay in Rs 400 for promoter share ?
