Hello, i am new to nepal stock market and i am trying to purchase some stocks and i am trying to understand how right share and dividend distribution work.

i am looking at Nabil bank right now and from the news on 29th Aug 2014, they have announced the approval and distribution of right share and dividend for fiscal year 70/71. do you know when is the last day i can buy Nabil bank share so that i am eligible for the right share and the dividend.

your help will be highly appreciated. for the record, I mostly trade and invest in the US stock market but now i want to diversify my portfolio by investing in Nepal stock market too.
