The first interest of NRB is to safe guard the interest of promoters why they care general shareholders? The main reason to slope down the market is NRB who allowed banks to declare cash dividend without reaching 2 arab capital against its own instruction till this date the capital of Ebl is less than 2 arab. If AGM of EBL does not pass or decrease share bonus what will happen ? It would be beyond the imagination of NRB Its a rare chance or no chance. But if happened what will be the status of NRB?
