Looks like the Neupanes only invest within their own projects. Janata Bank to AHPC and it's sister companies, AHPC in Janata Bank. All the companies where the Neupanes have stakes in are located at the same building built by the company the Neupanes have invested in etc, etc.

Friend....I think it's not wise to sell it before book close if it's price doesn't reach 600.
It will be wise to take bonus and wait. It will surely reach atleast 550 within few months again after adjusting bonus. What is your opinion? |

Rahulji....how u can say this? Why investor are investing in SHPC...@700+?
See its return...atleast it is giving return friend...It has more projects under construction. How its price is only 500? This all is due to Big players..u will see after some days.. |

_______________ I never attempt to make money on the stock market. I buy on the assumption that they could close the market the next day and not reopen it for five years. |

We small investors can only buy or sale the scripts on the designed price by huge players....brokers also do support to large players..
So...let's be careful and move ahead...AHPC price should be atleast 650...wait and see |

Sameer ji, I agreed with u. Investor easily put 700 in SHPC..which is not even in operation n no guarantee of return for some period.
But AHPC which has a good return history and now also it pledges bonus earlier. It should be atleast 650. |

They had already put that they will want to increase their capital by 10% each this year and the next in their offer letter for RS. Maybe that's why.

That could be one possibility. As, it could be that the BOD had held the meeting to finalize their balance sheet and in turn decided to declare the dividend well. Moreover, AHPC is really fast regarding this matter. I suppose, they were the first to declare dividend in the previous year.

Friends, I don't think there is compulsive law for a company to pledge dividend only after final quarter report.
They have stated that their net profit is around 7 cr and will publish q4 soon. That's enough...my personal view. |
