merodeshji u should know that anil is with mega right from the beginning, it's not ceo who does all the work in the bank. And most importantly if u watch anil shah he is always interested being on TV as a celebrity and trying to be involved in politics. He hardly does any work in the bank. whatever your perception is i can't help it

I think it's human to look for some strategies to save one's job , even more if it's a bit lucrative. What about the growth of MEGA after this fellow has become the CEO? Has MEGA shrunk or expanded? And most importantly, are we getting more dividend this time?

Just to save his job he made staff union in Nabil, have anybody heard that an ceo created union against the bank? He is self centered person. He can go to any extent to fulfill his demands and desire.

Mega is not dependent on Anil, as far as i realize if anil leave the bank....bank will be able to make extra 3 crore profit as he is very expensive and useless fellow. After anil left Nabil, it's net profit kept increasing and made an impressive path as he believe in his own benefit not organizational benefit.

Don't go after gossips. There is no problem with this bank at all! Mr. Anil will return back after enjoying his holidays with his family soon.
