i think 1:1 for prabhu, kist and gaurishankar, don't know about zenith
coz,
Prabhu is in profit and strongest among all
KIST is in loss and has networth less than par value but it's Class "A", whose "A class License" will be used by new "Prabhu Bank"
Gaurishankar has very good net worth comparing to the rest of two.

Waat can b da swap ratio of prabhu kist gaurishnkr n zenith !!!!
