Any one know how much of 31.58 % is for equity shares and how much for preferred stock? I did not find anything/any news about it. Last years proposed was for both shares. we should know that adb has more than 6 arba preference share capital and only 3.20 arba of equity capital. What would be the appropriation of dividend among them?

Thank you arbinshakya ji. I was confused as ADBL price should have increased after such dividend but instead it decreased « Last edit by newbies on Sat Mar 29, 2014 12:26 pm. »

investers123 may be correct. But according Unified BFI Directives 2070, provision is "NRB may stop for dividend if NPL is more than 5%". So NRB may or may not stop dividend, it's upon them. Last year's cause to stop dividend was not the NPL but the issue was "issued capital and paid up capital".

Arbinshakya Ji according to the NRB policy company with above 5 % NPL cannot give cash so ADBL's divident will be rejected by NRB and ADBL don't give bonus share so no Divident this year.

WHEN WILL NRB APPROVE ADBL'S CASH DIVIDEND? AND WHEN IS ITS BOOK CLOSURE?
