I think if you are long term investor, it is the best time to buy NIBL, it is very much undervalued (why? no rational reason i have come across, may be because of paid up capital). The fundamentals of the bank is very very sound and compare the result of 1st and 2nd qtr performance with other bank. I don't see any reason why this bank in near future will remain less than 1300. The decision is yours and for your information i have bought nibl recently.

Can any body suggest what company should be bought at time? Can anyone know why standard chartered is not rising its price?
