As for you knowledge there are total 50 licensed brokers in Nepal.

If you have share and you want to sell it then you need to visit any one of the broker office.

The you need to register your name by filling up the form. You need to give photocopy of citizenship card.

Then which share you want to sell you need to verify it from respective company share registrar by filling up the selling form given to you by brokers.

For example if you want to sell share of CHCL then you need to visit CIT office for verification or else brokers will do for you.

I think this is the process after this broker can sell share in the market.

I have shares of various companies . Mainly CHCL and ADBL. I haven't sold any units till now. I knew that there are around 55 brokers but do not know what to do to sell those shares ?

Can any one help on entire process of selling those shares in market ?
