He must have accumulated enough profit from Nepse and must have left Nepse for good.

It seems that those who are selling Ebl are wise next year it gives only cash bonus which is the prime objective of the foreign partner (punjab bank) If they have to increase capital they will issue Right share. It seems that the mgmt does not want to decrease its EPS by issuing bonus or right share. In comming days price will further come down. To get only cash bonus it is better to buy NTC.
