No the Book closure is not announced. You will claim for the right share even if you will purchase it today or the days ahead.

i dont think they will issue right share this fiscal year. Capitalizing right share amount to balance sheet at the end of fiscal year will lower dividend ratio so they might issue after end of this fiscal year.
