Why the price of unique finance is increasing??? Any news, friends?

Since couple of days, as you can see the price of UFIL (unique finance ltd.'s) price is going bullish and soon the finance will be giving a good idea about it's merger process with a one of the renowned bank of Nepal.. price are likely to go high also because it has remained in such a low price for a long period.. It is a silent price range which investor did not realize it even in bullish market.. excellent investment opportunity for investor and those who invest will get good return ( more than in two years which company declared)..
