Every where bureaucrats are same like that. They are not ready take to take responsibility and avoid things. They dont want to develop self since they get salary and allowance even they dont do work. They are the real obstacle for the development of market.

They only can speak but they can't to even a single job. Just pathetic.

The regulatory body of our capital market and its IT depart seems as if whatever they do or whenever they do public don't have concern and meaning over it! Lets see the calender the next whole month (jesth) is going to be over but to update security issue (sensitive issue) on the site www.sebon.gov.np hasn't forwarded even single a step. How do the staffs and related personals have rights and ethics to have salary and to deliver revolutionary speech at anniversary or at formal program or to media?
so now the compulsion concern has become to ask how can we make them to update the data at proper time and with information frequently ?
