Now compare market price of both companies.
Yesterdays closing price :
BARUN : 509
BPCL : 498
Total dividend given by BARUN till date : 10%
Total dividend given by BPCL till date :231 %
Average annual dividend pay out by BPCL : 25%
Average annual dividend pay out by BARUN : less than 4 %.
Future growth prospective of BARUN is grim.

Why investors are interested to buy such company at much higher rate in CORRECTIVE PHASE of market ?

असार मसान्तमा कर बापतको ठुलो रकम सरकारी ढुकुटीमा दाखिला हुनेछ । लक्डाउन खुलेको अबस्थामा उद्ध्योगी ब्यवसाइबाट पनि ठुलो मात्राको ऋण उद्ध्योग संचालनको लागि माग हुने कारणले तरलताको बारेमा यसै भन्न सकिने अवस्था छैन। त्येस माथि असार २३ -२४ तिर अदालतको के निर्णय हुन्छ , त्येसले पनि असर गर्न सक्छ , येदि संसद पुनस्थापना भएमा चुनाबको आसमा रहेका लगानीकर्ता हतोतसाहित् नहोलान भन्न सकिदैन। यो वर्ष सरकारी पुँजीगत खर्च पनि लक्डाउनका कारण न्यून नै होला जस्तो लाग्छ। बैंकहरुले बिस्तारै ब्याज दर बढाएको हेर्दा तरलता अभाब हुने संकेत मिल्छ। हेर्दै जाऊ के हुन्छ।

१/२ सय अंक त बजार घट्न सक्छ अहिले । असार र श्रावणमा Liquidity Crisis हुँदैन हाेला त्यसैले बजार ३५०० तिर पुगेर भदाैबाट मात्र अलि धेरै घट्छ हाेला ।

Sold majority of our stocks yesterday which was bought 2 weeks earlier, most of them in profit and some in marginal loss. Now we are defensive till the foul game play/ current issues get resolved.

You must have a big heart to risk your 50% on junks.

Glad you won this time, but not every time you have luck. Think of casino, one time you may win but ultimately you will lose what you have.

After booking profits in hydropower, no one will dare to buy hydropower again..unless there is about 50-100% correction. ..and with profit booked money will ultimately will come to banking sooner or later.
