I think, now, this price is slightly higher than base price. good for US. (I used to check base price and adjusted price- base price is slightly lower than adjusted price- i could be wrong here).

There is a big confusion in Nepal about tax. Almost every one thinks investor pays 7.5% tax.

But the reality is, Investor pays= 30% (corporate tax)+ 10% (Bonus to employee) + 5% (dividend tax)= 45% highest in the world.

Newman ji. be clear, for the remaining 300 kittas you have to pay
CGT after your purchasing price not adjusted price. The base price
and adjusted price are ignored by present IRD directive.

For eg I have 600 kittas of scb (300 after bonus) if I want to sell 300 bonus only on 792 (closing price ) then I have to pay 7.5 PC of (792 -100) i.e 15570 out of 237600......but for remaining 300 we will not have to pay c g tax unless the market price crosses the adjusted price i.e 950 .....

In the past, many were considered as biddwan (economist). Some disagreed and some agreed.
