सरकारले निवृत्तभरण कोष (पेन्सन फण्ड) को रकम बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाको शेयरमा समेत लगानी गर्न पाउने व्यवस्था गरेको छ । निवृत्तभरण कोष सम्बन्धमा व्यवस्था गर्न बनेको विधेयकमा यस्तो उल्लेख छ । गत साउन १८ गते संसदमा दर्ता भएको यो विधेयक छलफलको क्रममा रहेको छ ।

सरकारले वर्षेनी बढ्दै गएको निवृत्तभरण खर्च कम गर्न निवृत्तभरण प्रणालीलाई योगदानमूलक बनाउन योगदानमा आधारित निवृत्तभरण कोष स्थापना गर्न लागेको हो ।

उक्त कोषले राष्ट्रसेवकका लागि आवश्यक सामाजिक सुरक्षाका योजनाहरु समेत संचालन गर्ने अर्थमन्त्री डा. युवराव खतिवडाको भनाई छ ।

निवृत्तभरण कोषमा सरकारी कार्यालयका कर्मचारीको मासिक तलबबाट छ प्रतिशतले हुन आउने रकम कट्टा गरी सो मा नेपाल सरकारको तर्फबाट शतप्रतिशत रकम थप गरी कोषमा जम्मा गर्नु पर्ने व्यवस्था छ । उक्त रकम सरकारले बैंक र वित्तीय संस्थाको अधिकतम पच्चिस प्रतिशत सम्मको शेयर लगायत विभिन्न क्षेत्रमा लगानी गर्न सक्नेछ ।

नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डले बैंकलाई ब्रोकर लाइसेन्स दिन बाटो बनाइदिनुपर्ने बैंकहरुको भनाई छ। तर धितोपत्र बोर्डले भने बैंकलाई ब्रोकर लाइसेन्स दिन आफुहरुले बाटो बनाउन नपर्ने बताउदै बैंकलाई ब्रोकर लाइसेन्स दिने प्रस्ताब नेप्से हुँदै आफूकहाँ आइपुग्नुपर्ने बताएको छ। धितोपत्र बोर्डका सहायक प्रवक्ता निरंजय घिमिरेले नेप्सेले बैंकहरुलाई ब्रोकर लाइसेन्स दिनुपर्यो भनेर प्रस्ताब पठाएपछि मात्र आफ्नो काम सुरु हुने बताए।

'बैंकलाई ब्रोकर लाइसेन्स दिने प्रस्ताब नेप्से मार्फत धितोबोर्ड आएपछी हामीले त्यसको अध्ययन गरेर अनुमति दिने हो' घिमिरेले बिजपाटीलाई भने, 'राष्ट्र बैंकले नीतिगत व्यवस्था गरेको छ, अब त्यहि अनुसार प्रकृया अगाडी बढाएर हामीकहाँ प्रस्ताब आइपुगेपछि बैंकले ब्रोकर लाइसेन्सको अनुमति पाउनेछन।'

Why NEPSE is not interested to expedite the process? May be they dont want to loose there market control.

As today till now US$ has made a record all time high against NPR @ 111.95/- has created a lot of concern on Macro Economic of NEPAL. Increased $$ will lead to higher Inflation !!

Don't know how the Central Bank of Nepal is going to Tackle the situation , As the current Governor Area of focus is on NEPSE only !! As we can see some of the remarks made by him is like a SEBON Chairman rather then a Governor !!

What will be his act to increase the FOREX RESERVE, Don't know how much $$ Reserve NRB has, Hike on taxes and Strong $$ to make many essential commodities prices to move up thus leading higher inflation !! Along with that we will see a Strong Balance of Payment Deficit !!

Some of selling were seen yesterday due to Concern of Higher Inflation as Technically $$ was looking for a break out and today it broke out creating a all time record high !! Thus domestic saving will be reduced in the banking system in coming days which bankers have already visualized that's Why Banker Association are not reducing the Interest Rate.

OH MY GOD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

TODAY US$ A RECORD ALL TIME HIGH AGAINST INR @ 1USD= 69.78NPR

BASED ON THE SPREAD RATE USD AGAINST NPR HAS HIT ALL TIME RECORD HIGH @ 111.95/- 5 paisa less for 112/-

This Strong move of $$ will hamper inflation for NEPAL. NRB need to do a lot of home work against inflation !!

When I calculate risk- I assume lowest possible point and reduce another 20%.

If Market Violets this Level of 1152/- on closing basis then it confirms that NEPSE will create a new all time new 52 week Low. A Level below 1135/- which it created last time !!

Investor should be cautious for tomorrow trade !! Don not try to do bottom fishing !!

As said earlier that NEPSE has formed a bear candle with support seen @ 1172/- As we can see NEPSE is taking support near that Zone of 1172/-. not exactly at 1172/- but between 1169-1171 Zone as we are seeing the side ways movement in NEPSE between 1169-1171/-. Till now it has not confirmed that it has broken the Support Level near 1172/- Zone. If today we close above 1172/- then we assumes it has taken support for the short term and if we close below 1169/- confirms that we have broken the support near 1172 Level and Next Leg of Bear Candle has been opened for the TGT of 1152/---

Note : Where i have also mentioned that i am sure about, b'coz i don't know the Politics calculation that well thats why i am always Political Neutral guy !! After the Political outcome, The Market behavior, technical & fundamental trends things were analyzed and later came with the TGt of 1000/-

Your prediction may get materialize,
After momentum loss for such a long period (hibernating in the range of 1210-1190 for almost 7 wks) we saw some motion today on the bottom side. Panic sell may follow the quiescency and it will be difficult to predict the lower limit.
Not much hope from BIDDHWAN ji also.
What to say about NEPSE & SEBON ?

Well many must be thinking on what basis i have predicted NEPSE @ 1000 Level.

1. The Global Bear Market has started around the world which happens in a cycle of 8-9 years.

My reply/reality: Majority of global market is in Bear.


2. US Stocks down JAPAN nikkie down more then 6% , India, singapore , tiawan , tiwan all down by more then 3%.
My reply/reality: US close to record, India making record day after day. dont know, dont care about others.

3. this is just the begining many more down side yet to come and we are no more insulated against it.
My reply/reality: world market just recently going down due to Trump's war.

4. Global meltdown will impact the global companies getting shut down which will impact the remittance inflow in Nepal. Remittance was supporting the economy which will decrease in days to come.
My reply/reality: nothing like that happened. Remittance is constant.

5. all Crypto currency or so called hundi currency has crashed more then 25-30 % i believe will crash another 80-90% from current level.
My reply/reality: who cares about crypto

6. Banking performance of Nepal was backed by majorly Hire purchase loan due to slow down in remittance these good loan as of now will become bad loans.
My reply/reality: Nothing like that happened.

7. Mr. Khatiwada was smart enough to who mandated increase in Paid up capital of banks in order to insulate the Public deposits in banks against getting defaulted as we have seen in the past.

8. Banking and Finance as a sector will be impacted first due slow down of remittance & Sell banks which has big portfolio on Hire Purchase loans.
My reply/reality: but bfis loan increase by a lot till fiscal and monitory policy.

9. I am surprised to see many Mutual fund NAV not moving down despite NEPSE has given Negative Growth. I don't know which listed share they have invested whose price has not moved down at all, as all listed companies shares has moved down, i personally believe there is some manipulation in NAV which Investor forum and other investor association should be able to throw light on it.

10. HYDRO a no no sector for investment which has unbalanced Equity DEBT Ratio.
My reply/reality: Equity in hydor is too high.

11. The macro economic scenario is getting worse, tough time for the new government, GOD know how they are going to manage it.
My reply/reality: Were not bad till few months back. Only problem with liquidity and interest.
