Since Last 4 trading session we are seeing volatility in the Market. Market forming intra-day high in Noon session rather then morning session & then again settling down on lower end below early morning high which is a strong sign of Volatility !! If the above pattern of trade had not happened then it would have looked liked a sign of consolidation, Here Many players are getting confused between Volatility and Consolidation.

Though the Bulls and bears are fighting aggressively !!

In Last 3 session we saw a minor tick movement of Down and up Close !!

Once Market was saved by General Insurance & Life Insurance Segment & last time again by General Insurance & Hydro Power segment !! As on Tuesday from 380 crores to estimated amount of 407 crores of short term Money has already entered the Market due to multiple ads seen on News Paper about Share Loan which has excited them that the worst is over in NEPSE.


Amid Volatility the Range of Market on Resistance has shifted with Resistance intact @ 1265/- & Support @ 1185/-.

in my view market don't fall much, now we can see bullish divergence in weekly analysis, so in long term, investers will start buying at current price, however, traders will book some profit and again start buying without much fall of Nepse,

We can be optimistic about NEPSE to go UP and UP in near future

Day before Yesterday it gave an indication and Yesterday movement gave the confirmation that now again we are heading South from here onward.

As due to increase in Volatility in the Market the band of Resistance and Support has taken a New dimension and has widen the gap of Support & Resistance.

Support stands @ 1185/- & Resistance @ 1265/-

Yesterday We saw Volatility in the Market and today We witnessed further surged in volatility of the Market !!

As said Either Today or tomorrow the bulls will be arrested by the Bears !!

Yesterday it gave an indication and today movement gave the confirmation that now again we are heading South from here onward.

As due to increase in Volatility in the Market the band of Resistance and Support has taken a New dimension and has widen the gap of Support & Resistance.

Now Support stands @ 1200/- Physiological and actual line of support @ 1185/- & Resistance stands @ 1265/-

Today downward movement was neutralized by up move of Non-life Insurance and Life Insurance Index. Banking sector started retreating back as said will be leading the Pack for downward Movement !!

Who consider my Analysis as Hawa simply Ignore it !!

1. Flow of New Money (Murga) entering the Market, these money flow is due to Bonus Disbursement by Many Corporate to its employees under Bonus Act 2032 of Nepal. 3-6 times of their Monthly Salary, which is the source of New Money entering the NEPSE, thus we saw new investor entering the NEPSE.

2. News of Anti-Money Laundering Act to be included in the Cooperative Act resulted in the flow of Money from Cooperatives to some other asset class such as Stock, Precious Metal & Real estate, which is basically a short term parking !!

But Last not the least the conclusion is :-

The Market did not consolidated Yesterday and moved up as if there is no tomorrow to buy shares which is a dangerous sign for NEPSE.

Looking at the Yesterday pattern of Trade & Movement looks like the Bull's has already got the arrest Warrant against the Bears. Either Today if not tomorrow for sure the bulls will be arrested by the Bears !!

As soon as BEAR's arrest bull's we will see a Nose dived movement in NEPSE !!

Bulls do keep a strict stop-loss else you will regret to your decision !!

३) बाणिज्य बैकले स्थानिय निकायको पैसा CD ratioमा गणना गर्न पाउँदा बैकको लगानी
बढ्न गई EPS बढ्छ।
४) करिब ७०% हिस्सा भएको बाणिज्य बैक समूह तल अाउने ठाउँ नभएको।

५) NTC को लाभाङ्श समय नजिक अाएकोले घट्ने अबस्था नभएको।

६) लगानी डाइभर्ट हुने अर्को क्षेत्र नदेखिएको।

sahi ho deepak sarkar....technically its still not clear if market goes up or south. If it goes up, aesto ruwabasi feri 1400 ko line ma at least 6 months-1 year chalchha.
