I guess you might get BPCL share in secondary market below the FPO Prices just wait and watch !! Global Stock Meltdown has began in the market around the world. Its just the beginning of the Bear Market globally !! All crypto currency like bitcoin, ripple, ether-um will too crash by 80-90 from these current levels !! Though i don't trade crypto but i track it. Japan down more than 6% india too down more then 3% USA, singapore, hongkong, taiwan, all down !!

Global mood is turning negative even we are not insulated against these negative news !!

Remittance inflow will be impacted by these global meltdown // Many companies around the world will get shut down.

Which will create liquidity crunch in the market as remittance inflow will turn into negative growth.

These will first impact the banking and finance sector // Good loans will become bad loans, Some bank could report loss in the coming quarters from magh to chaitra & baishakh to ashad.

Sell banks which has large portfolio on Hire & Purchase loan like auto financing, big portfolio on Real estate financing & Hydro power !!!

Stay away from Hydro power company whose are doing huge investment and going aggressive on hydro development without properly managing the DEBT Equity Ratio.

SELL those Hydro counters which has unbalanced debt in its balance sheet !!!!

The Sahujis led by a big Sahuji of Kantipath and another group of Sahujis from Bandipur are engaged in a deadly fight making BPCL a battle field. In between, investors, journalists, owners of financial portals, etc are vertically divided. In this royal battle of bulls, poor investors are being hurt and are bleeding.

Well today i got an amazing call from NMB Bank.
They said my application on BPCL was rejected

BPCL dosen't have a good prospects as ROI & ROE is very poor compare to other peers !! Having good debt in balance sheet // Though BPCL management has lot of challenges to clean the balance sheet !!

Their current so called FPO if fully subscribed might give them a bit comfort to clean their book of accounts !!

i too sold all my BPCL today incuring loss...but i i will reinvest again ..."single again, but this time with experience"......:p :p

Reading torrents of negative views, I sold all BPCL shares today incurring loss. But I'm happy. Now I've cash in hand to invest in real estate! Investment in real estate never let's you down. I have gained almost 200% returns in a year investing in this sector in the past. I just believe it's the most secure investment than in the stock. I tried experimenting stock. I Guess It' not for common folks like me. :lol

I'm also OUT of this FPO.
I don't see it good for short-term investment.

More than 1.5 months ago when people were running after bpcl at over Rs 740, i was suggesting not to invest on it. I am not going to apply FPO. BPCL is not my cup of tea.

yes i agree...with this FPO in swing there are chances that BPCL price will go down for few days to come...and short term return is also not expected....for people like me who have bought BPCL @690, i think it will take quite a bit of time to recover the investment, and there are chances that prices will further down...hence i plan to sell it tomorrrow...

Rather than taking one side aggressively, I think, we should recognize that we are different and we have different taste and temperament. Hence, it would be fine to express our opinion. However, let's do not try to hurt fellow investors knowingly or unknowingly. There are thousands of investors who are holding BPCL shares and even many bought yesterday at a price between 629 and 636.

Let's be empathetic and also let's express our opinion that could help making decisions for fellow investors.

Disclosure: I do not have any BPCL shares, neither I will apply in FPO. It is not because BPCL is bad but I have a concentrated portfolio that has 5-7 companies at a time. In my opinion, this is a good company to invest provided that our selection criteria takes us there.

CHCL and BPCL are the hydropowers most hold by the mutual funds...at the end of every month they try to maintain/increase their NAV so mutual funds harule hold gareko company haruma badi chalkhel huncha harek mahina ko last ma....tyasaile hola aaja badheko....bholi bata pheri uhi taal huna sakcha!!...lets wait and watch...
