Maile 2070/71 ra 2071/72 ko kura gareko ho. Ashoj 2071 ma joint agm hune pani sambhawana cha re. Because Bima samiti was doing investigation after flash of fraud of khetan group in Everest insurance. Now they have completed their investigation. They found nothing wrong in Plic. Plic is waiting for clearance report of Bima samiti. So, there is possibility of joint AGM. Because It could take time to get that report from Bima samiti and conduct AGM.

Deepak ji, last year ko AGM vako hoina ra ? Tapai le kun FY ko AGM ko kura garnu vako??

two year ko AGM basna baki 6. So, I heard that it will conduct both AGM jointly and will provide more than 30% bonus share. Reserve 38 k, paid up capital 48 k life fund 1.5 Arba, eps 24.36. PE Ratio 22.99, Net worth 178.90, Income of 2nd Quarter is 6 k. So, I think it is undervalued till date comparing to other life insurance. What do u think?
